Established in 2010, Shaoxing Keqiao Lianyang Fabric Co., Ltd. is a medium-sized weft knit fabric manufacturer and trader based in Keqiao, Shaoxing City. With an annual capacity of over 4,500 tons, we specialize in polyester, cotton, and spandex fabrics for sportswear, casual wear, and home textiles. Our fabrics offer various styles (plain-dyed, printed, brushed, etc.) and performance features, including moisture absorption, UV protection, cooling touch, and eco-recycling.
Four guides we keep open when a specification question comes in. They cover the decisions that have to be made before a fabric is quoted — which construction, what weight, and how to write it down so the mill and the buyer mean the same thing.
Start from the end use and work backwards to construction, GSM, fibre and finishing route. Includes the specification checklist, compliance questions and quote-comparison questions we use internally.
ConstructionLoopback, single-face and fleece-back terry, what changes between sample and bulk, and which four variables most often separate a good delivery from a disappointing one.
Patterned knitsHow the mechanism works, why it differs from printing, the six base constructions, and which variables decide whether a pattern is practical to run.
Performance finishWhat the finish actually does on the fabric surface, how silver ion differs from zinc ion, how to specify it without ambiguity, and our eight production fabrics.
Why we publish these: most fabric problems are not fabric problems. They are specification problems — a garment designed without a weight, a weight chosen without a construction, or a construction named in a language the mill reads differently. These guides are written from what we see on our own knitting floor rather than from a general description of how fabric works.
Tell us the end use, the target weight, the width and the quantity. We will tell you what is runnable on our machines, what the minimum order quantity is, and what the lead time looks like — and if your specification is still open, we will tell you which variable is worth fixing first.
